What is Mostabiq?
Mostabiq is an online platform that prepares you for your exams with a plan built on your real level. It offers lessons, a question bank with full explanations, and full timed practice tests.
Is the platform affiliated with an official body?
No. Mostabiq is independent, and all its questions and lessons are written by its own team.
How do I start?
Create a free account, choose your exam and its date, then take the free diagnostic test. It measures your level in each skill and gives you a daily plan that fits your exam date.
What does a subscription give me?
All the content: lessons, the question bank with explanations, practice by skill, and full timed practice tests, with a detailed report after each attempt that shows what to review.
How do I review my mistakes?
Questions you got wrong are collected on the «My mistakes» page so you can solve them again. You can also save any question to come back to it, and review ideas with flashcards.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
No. You pay once and keep access for the whole subscription period, and nothing is charged without your action.
Which payment methods are available?
When you subscribe you choose from the available methods, such as a card through a secure payment gateway or a bank transfer, and the platform does not keep your card details. If you have a subscription or gift code, activate it from the «Activate code» page.
How many devices can I use?
You can sign in from two devices at the same time, for example a phone and a laptop.
Can a parent follow my progress?
Yes. Add your parent's e-mail in your account and they receive a weekly progress report, which they can stop at any time.
Are there subscriptions for schools and organisations?
Yes. Group subscriptions are available for schools, institutes, universities and other organisations, with a dashboard to follow groups and their results and reports for management. Details are on the organisations page.
How do I get the digital books?
After purchase the book is added to «My library» in your account, where you download it as a PDF. It is licensed for your personal use only.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. An exam subscription is refundable on the day of payment or within 24 hours, as long as you have not started the exam or viewed its content. Books are not refundable. Details are in the refund policy.
